Questions and Answers 3 questions

Q:

If I have a skin type which is not suitable for Laser hair removal treatment, will the purchase price be refunded?

Janet C.  asked on  Sep 14, 2013

A:

We strongly suggest reading our frequently asked questions page prior to any purchase to help avoid refunds. Any refunds would have to go through Groupon since they are the company collecting your payment. To help answer your question- we can do all skin colors/types but the darker the skin the more treatments are usually required.

Q:

Does the expiration date mean the starting session or the ending session? The fine print says this expires on March 12, 2014. Does that mean all 6 treatments must be used by March 12, 2014? If I can't start treatment until the middle of October due to waxing and sun exposure and I have to wait 6-8 weeks in between sessions, that puts the 6th session past March 12, 2014.

Janet C.  asked on  Sep 14, 2013

A:

As long as you redeem your Groupon with us prior to your expiration date you are all set and all 6 treatments do not need to be completed prior to expiration date.

Q:

Nine lines up from the bottom of the FAQs, it says, "You must avoid waxing, shaving, bleaching, threading, tweezing or nair 3 weeks prior to your appointments " Is this a typo? Do you really mean no shaving for 3 weeks?

Janet C.  asked on  Sep 14, 2013

A:

Thank you for pointing out that typo. We have contacted the Web designer and it has since been changed. Shaving is actually a requirement :)
