What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We target tight upper back plus neck and shoulder spots that feel it most when fixed to a computer screen. Classes teach stress management techniques to be tapped into whenever tension arises. Classes are set for a 45-minute block that’s best for your office’s schedule and are done in a pop up studio.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Classes are fun and delightfully light. We help to calm stress, remove distraction, and focus the mind, all while keeping the group smiling.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In years spent working in one office or another, I realized my passion was to help bring stress out of the workplace.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything. I love assisting in positive self-transformation. Yoga helps in so many ways: through improving mental focus, reducing blood pressure, removing distractions, fighting depression, lifting overall spirits, and so many others. It’s such a gift to be able to offer this to those around me.
