Destinations Designed takes the stress out of planning your next vacation, with our custom itinerary planning services and booking.
- In addition to a fully customized itinerary, Destinations Designed will also handle all the bookings for the Client (hotel, restaurants, transportation, tours, activities, events, etc.). Flights will not be booked by Destinations Designed.
- The Client will receive a comprehensive PDF itinerary with clickable links, or access via mobile app (it's the Clients preference), as well as an interactive map to guide you through your journey.
- Additional days beyond the coupon can be purchased at the normal rate, or multiple coupons can be purchased and combined (i.e. for a trip longer than 4 days). Additional purchased days not purchased through a coupon must be paid for before the planning phase begins.
- More than 90 days' notice is required for itinerary booking services, otherwise rush / last minute fees will apply.
- Client commits to participating in one 30-60 minute interview prior to the planning phase and one 30 minute follow up call to go over the proposed itinerary.
- The Client acknowledges that cancellation fees may apply and that refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers. The Client is strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.
