Thirty-five minutes is all it takes to get a challenging, full-body workout at Dethrone Basecamp. The studio's signature system uses a regimented sequence of interval training that allows students of all fitness levels to proceed at their own pace and safely challenge themselves while respecting their bodies' limits. Every half-hour workout begins with one minute of furious pedaling on a stationary Air Assault Bike, which uses a fan instead of a flywheel, adding more and more air resistance the faster one pedals. After 60 seconds of this cardio-intensive activity, students will hop off and spend one minute performing a specific exercise—such as lunges, push ups, squats, curls, or shoulder presses—before going back to the bike for another minute of pedaling and repeating the entire process over again. This concise, focused workout helps attendees improve their strength and stamina within a supportive group setting while trainers provide a steady stream of guidance, encouragement, and stock-investment strategies.
