Q:

Years ago I had an individual membership, which is no longer active. Am I eligible for this offer?

Susan H.  asked on  Mar 18, 2013

A:

If your membership expired on or before December 31, 2012, then yes, you are eligible to use this Groupon for a new membership. If your membership expired or expires any time after 1/1/2013, than that would be considered a renewal and you would not be eligible.

Q:

This is a family pass for 4. Can I only bring family members, or can I just randomly pick up 3 hitchhikers on my way there?

Melanie A.  asked on  Mar 16, 2013

A:

Thanks for your interest! You can list up to 2 names on the actual membership cards. When visiting, you'll need to have at least one person who's name appears on the card present, and they can bring up to 3 adult guests of their choice for a total of 4 people. If both people who's names appear on the card are present, they can bring two adult guests of their choice, for a total of 4 people. The 2 or 3 guests do not need to be actual family members. You can also bring any children in the household under the age of 17. I hope this helps clarify!
