The Director has 20 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Leader and, after 28 years in the United States Army, she understands first-hand what it takes to stay fit, especially when injuries get in one's way. DeVoir's team of fitness professionals and trainers use their expertise to design programs to help clients get and stay fit. Together, they teach a wide array of classes that range from proprietary workout programs such as Zumba and step aerobics to small, group-focused workouts such as boot camp and body sculpt.
