Friendly staff but total time spent was probably 2 minutes tops. The information gleaned from the 60 second scan didn’t give me any new valuable insights.

Seems pretty simple - 360 3D scan of your body and it emails you the results. There was no pressure to buy anything extra. You will have to go over the results yourself as they don't seem to do that with you - at least they didn't for me - so you will have to know what numbers are good and which ones aren't so good.
