The introductory lesson includes 15 minutes of instruction from a professional standup-paddleboard instructor and 45 minutes of free paddling. The two-hour standup-paddleboard rental can be used either on the same day as the lesson or at a later date. Students must arrive with swimwear, and sunscreen is highly recommended.
For those who already know how to paddle, the intro course will provide you with some more advanced techniques.<p>
