Dharma Hot Yoga
Even when it's cold outside, one of the studios at Dharma Hot Yoga always sizzles with equatorial heat. This high temperature aids the workout process as students stretch and sweat their way through the linked poses of the studio's hot yoga classes. In the other studio, students explore more traditional forms of yoga, including ones that help boost endurance, increase strength, or improve flexibility. In addition to the physical benefits, classes also improve students' inner health, with breathing and meditation exercises melting away stress and imbuing minds with a sense of calm. After class ends, students can retire for a relaxing shower in the full locker rooms, or explore the studio's retail area for additional guides and equipment.
