Not only do my lashes look beautiful Diana is accommodating and a kind hostess, a pure sole.

I felt that the application was a bit rushed. After I noticed that there were multiple of my eyelashes attached to one extension. I always thought it should be one individual lash per extension. Diana was nice though. At first it was difficult to book an appointment for with her.

I will start off by saying that Diana is SUPER nice and very friendly, so this review isn't personal. The lashes were clumped together and not separated, so your natural lashes get stuck and cannot grow out naturally and freely. When the false lash does come off, it brings with it your natural lash (which is normal about 20% of the time) but this happened to me almost 70% of the time... I would have 3 of my natural lashes come out with a cluster of glue attached to only ONE false lash. When I went back for a fill (as it was already paid for) I asked Diana to please make sure she uses a lot LESS glue, even if it means my false lashes fall out quicker, and to try to separate more, but still no luck. I really hope this review will help Diana to see she needs to practice on separating her lashes and using less glue (the glue itself was not a good quality glue either).

Diana was lovely, very professional and did a great job. I had a natural full set done, which lasted about 4 weeks and then a touch-up which again she did a great job on. They looked and felt better than I expected.

Diana had double booked me with another girl (we spoke while we waited for her to arrive as she was running late and she mentioned she had done the same to her so she had to rebook). I had to wait 45 min for her to finish the other girl. Diana was a little slow at answering text messages. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. The salon was clean and I liked the music that was playing. She was gentle and the lashes looked nice. She let me relax while she did her work. I'd visit again but I wish the communication was a little bit better!
