What You'll Get
Unlike DVDs, boxes of photos take up a lot of room and can't be explained to children as "technology donuts." Make the switch with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $29 for a standard photo-scanning package and two DVD for up to 600 photos, scanned at 300dpi (a $100 value)
- $39 for a high-resolution photo-scanning package and two DVDs for up to 600 photos, scanned at 600dpi (a $142 value)
Photo-scanning professionals correct colours in photos before uploading the newly digitized versions onto a password-protected online gallery and DVDs. Techs then return the hard-copy pictures sealed in a dust- and waterproof container. The first 100 photos scanned are uploaded to a secure online gallery and stored indefinitely, which customers can access with a unique code. Orders take about six weeks to process.

Sometimes, photos are too good to exist solely in the digital world. Luckily, Inkdoodle gives folks multiple options for designing professional-grade prints of their favourite images. Their menu of photo enhancements is exhaustive, and includes everything from simple colour and brightness adjustments to repairing tears or removing people from group pictures. You can also work with an Inkdoodle designer to print photos onto gallery-wrapped canvas, puzzles, coasters, magnets, or aluminum sheets, the latter of which adds an authentic touch to Tin Man's head shots. Completed designs can be shipped anywhere in Canada or the U.S., though locals have the option to pick up prints at their Markham storefront.
