A couple of questions....where are you located so where are the photos shipped to? Will the photos be loaded in the order they are sent to you..ie by key dates etc? Will the completed project be on both DVDs as well as your virtual gallery? What are the costs if I go over the 600? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

A:

we are located at 15 heritage road unit 3, Markham, On, L3P 3T1. If you need photos to be organized in such a fashion you would need to select our scan in order upgrade. our form can be found here; http://digitizeyourworld.ca/photoscanningform600/ yes the complete project will be completed on both dvds and on our gallery for the first 100 photos. Please review the form for additional costs of photos over 600. thanks!

My photos are obviously priceless to me. How do I ship the photos to you? Are the photos insured against loss or damage?

A:

you can ship your photos through canada post or UPS or FEDex. We recommened FEDex if you want them to get to our office faster. We do not insure against loss or damage but you can check with fedex for insurance. We have thousands of customers sending in photos to us through canada post and we have not lost one yet.
