Q:

Are these all sold out? I've tried three times to buy two for the Roseville location, but it says Groupon is unable to process my order? I'm new to Groupon and didn't know if that's code for "we've reached he limit".

Travis A.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

Hello The coupons are not sold out however the sale date expired yesterday. We may extend our sale, that is TBD tomorrow. I would assume that if we extend the sale date you would be notified from Groupon. Thank you!

Q:

how do i print my groupon that i just purchased????

Michael M.  asked on  Feb 14, 2013

A:

While signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons". If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts". After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon(s) to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.
