Woman who answered the phone could have been friendlier. Was very abrupt and did not ask for my name. Parking is spotty. the place is part of a house (smaller cozy place. don't expect a big fancy salon), and there are only a couple back "drive way" spots. I was lucky to have had one open spot when I went. Other than the sign outside, there isn't any indication of the place except for the unit number, which luckily I remembered. (just FYI for anyone going there for the first time) The service is good though. I got a basic dry cut and was in and out pretty quick. I also appreciate the checks I was offered to make sure my cut was going exactly how I wanted. I got my hair exactly how I wanted and couldn't be happier with the results! Very friendly and chatty. Would go to this place again.

Barb was fun. Cut my hair dry, no muss no fuss, which was just what I wanted!

It was a very good hair colour.Barb is a very good hair stylist and also nice to talk with.

I was charged an extra $20 and I’m not completely sure why. When she was doing the colour she made a comment that she had to mix more because I had a lot of hair. My hair doesn’t go beyond my jaw line. When I colour my own hair I use half a bottle of the solution. I felt that she was using an excessive amount in the beginning. I was told twice to call back at a different time to book a time. Sorry
