Nestled inside a freshly baked bun and unadorned with fancy garnishes, the Dirtyburger appears to be as simple as it gets. But in spite of its unassuming looks, the burger packs a flavorful punch. It's coated in Dirty Dust (a secret blend of spices) and a touch of Dirty Honey, which caramelize together on the grill. The result, according to chef Ian Russo, is a burger that's for all intents and purposes perfect—not too spicy, and not too sweet. Russo's beloved Dirty Dust appears across the menu at Dirty Burger, coating everything from juicy steaks to tofu. Of course, all of the dishes can also be ordered "clean," without the signature spice blend.
