Didn’t quite know what to expect but James was awesome! He walked us through everything and took before and after photos. Now I’m educated in how the vents work in my home, and will be able to maintain in the future. He even moved my furniture back to where it was before he started. Hight recommended.

Office communicated very well. Tech was knowledgeable and very friendly toward our dogs (plus that we didn’t have to put them up). He was also efficient and communicated what he was going to do through the whole process. Highly recommend trying them.

I wish the package deal was more clear about what they are selling you prior to purchase. I discovered that the reason the price is so cheap is that if what the original sale price covers is not what most homes come close to needing. I thought $35 sale price was too good to be true so I asked the rep on the phone when I was scheduling how they could afford it give away duct cleaning. She was great in revealing that many if not most homes will have more vents or intakes or main channels so the money is made up by the add-ons that most homes need. I ended up spending close to $300 when I though I was going to get away with $75 to $80 at the most.
But here is the good news. The guys that came to my house not only did an excellent job they where also conscious and courteous with great personality's. I noticed that the heater worked more efficiently immediately. This Company was great at their job.
