Q:

Once we submit the Groupon for the punch card pass...does that ever expire? I am reading this that the 120-day expiration is for the Groupon, but that once it is exchanged for a punch pass...the punches can happen whenever??

meg r.  asked on  Feb 19, 2013

A:

It does not expire until you've used all 10 admissions.

Q:

So purchasing one groupon for $12 will get my family of 8 in and we can all go 4 different times?

Erica L.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

A:

No, the $12 Groupon is only for 4 admission. The $25 option will give you 10 admissions. An admission is one person.

Q:

Would love to buy this for when my grandkids visit in July, but it appears to expire before that time. Am I correct? Jennye T.

William T.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

A:

Yes, the Groupon would expire before July. However, if you can redeem the Groupon at the museum before the expiration, we would give you a punch card pass that could be used anytime.

Q:

I know this question has been asked but in the fine print above its says: Limit 2 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Limit 1 per visit. Valid only for option purchased.** Passes must be used by the same person.** May use over multiple visits. Just clarifying if I buy one 4 visit pass. And my husband , myself and 2 daughters come. We can use that pass for all 4 of us? Im a little confused by the must be used by the same person. We live an hour away so want to make sure I get this correct.

Jennifer  asked on  Feb 16, 2013

A:

Yes, you can use the pass for your family.

Q:

How does the pass work in regards to families? Is 1 pass = 1 family visit, 1 per child, or 1 per person regardless of age, including the parent/guardian? My wife would love to take our girls during the week while I'm at work, but if the parent/guardian requires a pass as well as the child, then we'd end up with an extra pass with either package. If the passes were only need for the children themselves, that would simplify things a bit. Especially if we went over my lunch break (I work just across the street - hi there! :), or if another friend came with her to help watch one of the kids. Thanks for any clarification. We were just there for the first time this past weekend at a birthday party, and it was wonderful. I used to go to the Discovery House as a kid back in 80's, so finally getting to see the new location kind of blew my mind. :)

A:

One admission is for one person (ages 2 and up - under 2 is always free). The Groupon can be used over multiple visits. If you don't use all of your admissions on one visit, then we will give you voucher or punch card for your remaining admissions.

Daniela K.  asked on  Feb 14, 2013
