There was a little confusion on location but the staff was really nice and we have 2 4 year old and they had a blast,10/10 would recommend if you have little kids for a cheap fun time!

I and my wife had great time, especially there was nobody except us maybe because we were there on weekdays. I was told weekends are a bit busier. Keep in mind you can't change levels without assistance from them so expect some wait time if there are few others. There are ground, level-1 and level-2. Ground was mainly for kids as clearance was too short for adults, so don't spend time there. Other two levels are fun for adults and teens. Some of them are similar so you will have some repeated adventure. They have several themed interesting climbing walls too. Overall, it is good 1.5 hour adventure, considering price tag, but I don't think I will be returning. Also, a young guy (I think his name was Yasin) was very helpful and nice.

Loved this experience. Perfect for friends to enjoy together. My 11 year old loved it.

There were 11 ish bouncy house things in the old Macy's area. My kids had a blast...it was kinda dirty and the tables where the only chairs for adults were was sticky.

It's not like the picture at all its a place upstairs in the mall kinda small not a lot of sitting room and the bathroom is in the back of a furniture store which is kinda a walk for a toddler but my kids do love the place. I bought this a few times and I'm gonna buy it again because they do enjoy themselves jumping and playing giant connect 4. It's a place for kids no older than 9 honestly.

Really fun place, customer service lacking. We will go back.
