What You'll Get

Inner peace is like the Sasquatch—many people claim it's real, but most remain skeptical until the moment it seizes them while meditating on a mountaintop. Today’s Groupon brings the bliss: for $29, you get 30 consecutive days of regularly scheduled classes at Divine Center of Yoga, located in Southlake (up to a $132 value).

Divine Center of Yoga helps students of all stretchabilities and mind-melding capabilities stretch, bend, and pose their way to physical and spiritual well-being. Experienced instructors guide limb limberers through a variety of yoga classes—including Hatha flow, power, and Vinyasa––within the fully stocked confines of Divine Center of Yoga's 1,450-square-foot studio. Gentle yoga classes welcome beginners in a slower-paced class focused on breathing and basic movements, and power yoga sessions are designed to develop coordination, promote weight loss, and build enough strength to lift a Mazda Miata full of yogis. Check the schedule for additional classes and times.

About Divine Center of Yoga

Co-owners Jana Holland and Julie Parsons believe that yoga's benefits can reach anyone willing to try the art. After several hundred hours of training, they opened Divine Center of Yoga as a springboard for a diverse student base, hoping to bring guests of all backgrounds together with classes on several posing styles. Their emphasis on acceptance is apparent in their teaching etiquette: they provide modified stretches for all skill levels and accommodate visitors with chronic ailments or injuries. The wheelchair-accessible studio also offers private lessons for pupils stuck in Celtic knot pose.
