What You'll Get
True strength is tested by real-life scenarios, such as your ability to push a truck out of a ditch or throw out that banged-up old set of weights you grew up with. Deal with some pretty heavy stuff with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $59 for a six-week boot-camp class (a $199 value)
- $75 for 5 60-minute personal-training sessions (a $175 value)
- $125 for 10 60-minute personal-training sessions (a $300 value)
During six-week boot camps, students develop a bond that helps them motivate each other through the five parts of each hourlong workout: the light-cardio warm-up, the strength training, the plyometric circuits, the fun competition (such as team relays), and the relaxing cool-down. About Divine Fitness for Life
Gloria Hamilton earned her nicknames—"The Hammer" and "Drill Sergeant"—the hard way: by serving 20 years in the US Military. Throughout much of her distinguished career, she trained new recruits for the rigors of military life. She also operated a pregnancy and post-partum training program for female soldiers.
Gloria brings her enthusiasm for total-body health to Divine Fitness for Life, where she coaches clients to meet their weight-loss goals through personal-training and boot-camp sessions. She uses measurements and simple fitness tests to track each clients' progress while motivating them to maintain a positive attitude in the face of a challenge.
