I hold sacred space for you and allow you the time and space to express your thoughts, feelings and goals. I will give intuitive insights I receive during our session. We will work together and come up with actionable next steps for your healing journey.

60 Minute Distance Reiki/Energy Healing & Virtual Intuitive Follow-up Session

Includes 30 minutes of distance Reiki/Energy Healing & a 30 minute virtual or phone follow-up session to discuss any insights that I receive and allow you to express your feelings and any insights that you receive.

50 Minute Empathetic Listening Phone Session

This session is for the person that feels like no one has the time to listen to them or they feel like they are not being heard Sometimes we all need an unbiased, nonjudgmental and compassionate person to just listen to so you can sort out your thoughts, bounce some ideas off of. I will listen without judgment. I can give insights if you like or not.

30 Minute Distance Reiki/Energy Healing Session

This is a 30 minute Reiki/Energy Healing Session. I will end you energy remotely and I will follow-up with you via email or text.
