Q:

Is it possible to apply this towards Radiesse or another injectable. Don't want Botox, but AM interested in other procedures

kaye t.  asked on  Oct 2, 2012

A:

No. But if you go to obecano.com or call us at 914-769-0400 you can get more information on our filler offerings. You can also make an appointment for a consultation and that is free.

Q:

The ad says "aestheticians" inject the Botox. I don't understand. I thought aestheticians were ladies who gave facials. Who does the injections - a doctor or a registered nurse? Are your aestheticians also registered nurses? My family physician said to never get beauty injections by anyone who is not at the very least a registered nurse, and preferably a dermatologist - due to the serious dangers that can happen with improper injections.

Julie B.  asked on  Oct 1, 2012

A:

Absolutely right! We just called Groupon and asked for correction. Only the doctor does the injections in our office.

Q:

Can I purchase 3 areas and use the Groupon on three different appointments for the same area?

lj w.  asked on  Oct 1, 2012

A:

No, too much confusion. If you really have just one problem area it is better to purchase groupon for just that area.

Q:

How much of an area does one area cover? If three areas are purchased, what does that cover?

sharon g.  asked on  Oct 1, 2012

A:

An area is a specific functional zone such as for example "the smile lines" around the eyes which are the creases formed when we smile, and of course both left and right side are treated. Three areas would reduce the upper facial wrinkles of an average person, i.e. 1. the smile lines, 2. the frown lines and 3. the forehead.

Q:

Hello, Could you please tell me what the "areas" are so that I know which package I should buy? And, how do you decide between using Botox or Dysport? I know Botox works well for me, so I would likely prefer to have you use that.

Kristin L.  asked on  Sep 30, 2012

A:

Botulinum toxin is great for preventing or treating wrinkles caused by facial expression. Both Botox and Dysport are botulinum toxins, but Dysport is faster acting and longer lasting. You should try it! The three areas that can be treated with 100 units of Dysport are the forehead, the frown lines and the smile lines.
