Overall, I really like these tags, because you can personalize them, that they're one of a kind. The downfall to my rating is that the tags aren't the quality they used to be. The older ones I had made were metal, and the pictures sharp and clear. Now they're plastic(?), and the pictures are hazy by comparison.

When purchasing items that require a turnaround time, please know that customers cannot evaluate at time voucher is redeemed! Repeated requests to do so is annoying. At this point, I can say that the redemption process was seamless, the merchant’s website was easy to use and I chose/made my tags without difficulty. Cute designs! Rating is based on limited experience thus far.

Jack Carrier's chocolate lab Maggie, a wandering spirit, frequently disappeared, often wearing tags labeled with outdated addresses. While wringing his hands before the windows of his home, Jack became convinced that a company could relieve this chronic stress by creating a more reliable way to search for and return cats and dogs. With this goal in mind, he founded Dog Tag Art, which has since been featured in the New York Post and on Live with Regis and Kelly.
