Q:

Are there breed or size restrictions to these deals? Does the dog have to be brought in prior to boarding for the "evaluation" process if the dog has never been boarded here before?

Elizabeth G.  asked on  Apr 23, 2012

A:

There is no breed or size restrictions but there is a restriction on temperament. The dog needs to be socialized and able to play with other dogs. If they cannot they will have to stay in their suite and are walked up to 6 times a day. There will be an evaluation beforehand.

A:

Additionally, all dogs must be spayed/neutered to go in play-area. If not they will remain in their suites with up to 6 walks per day. They must also be at least 4 months old and up to date on all vaccinations.

Q:

We need 5 days for our 38 lb (non-intimidated) dog and 80 lb (wuss) dog. We'd like them to be together, but because of the way you group the dogs, is that possible? Also, how can the dscount be taken for two dogs? Thanks!

Alyson B.  asked on  Apr 23, 2012

A:

Yes, they can be grouped together. This deal is only for 1 dog and is limit 1 per person, but the business will still honor the multi-dog discount they normally give. So the Groupon can be used toward 1 dog, and then they will honor a 15% discount for the 2nd.
