DolFun Tours - Sundance Marina: Three-Hour Boat Tour and Island Swim for One or Two from DolFun Tours (Up to 57% Off)

Bodies of water are frequent metaphors in poetry due to their unfathomable depths, unknowable sprawl, and unattainable porpoises. Set sail into the enigma with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $34 for a three-hour boat tour and island swim for one (a $69 value)
  • $59 for a three-hour boat tour and island swim for two (a $138 value)

During boat tours, a US Coast Guard-certified master captain steers the vessel past playing dolphins and manatees that are lounging in their natural habitats, then lets passengers swim in the waters. Tours run Tuesday–Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Customers who purchase two tours will receive a $3 voucher good toward a boxed lunch at Heart & Soul Cafe.

DolFun Tours

Aboard a 35-foot vessel, DolFun Tours' US Coast Guard master captain guides guests on treks along the Indian River, passing the Historic Dragon Point and Mathers Turn Bridge, as well as the Eau Gallie Yacht Club . After passengers select their spots from the boat's indoor and outdoor seating areas, expeditions traverse the river's diverse estuary, where more than 4,400 species of birds and fish dwell. As the ship drifts by, visitors can catch sight of manatees resting in their natural habitats and dolphins rehearsing lines before auditioning for the next Flipper remake. Passengers can hook up their own music via an iPod plug in, bring their own food and drinks, or take a dip in the water. Along with daytime jaunts, DolFun Tours hosts sunset tours on select weekend evenings.

“Many dolphin sightings, but it it's easier to do movie clips than take pictures of them. They move so quickly and unpredictably that they're often underwater again before you completely focus. The captain makes the trip even more enjoyable by telling facts about nature and the history of the area. We really enjoyed our trip.”
