Service took hours and my daughter let me know her stylist was not very nice. I thought she was a bit rude myself. I'm only rating 2 bec the style was at least nice.

Customer service is great but the merchant doesn’t have the skills for cut or trim and should remove that portion from the platform. I went in for a trim and it felt odd how she was trimming my hair but I figured like all beauticians, she had her own technique. I thought it was ok until I got home and looked in a full length mirror,the horror. Now I need a cut or protective style. Total hack job.
