These trainers ensure that guests use the correct form to prevent injuries when lifting weights and swinging kettlebells during a litany of ever-changing workouts. Routines and classes are steeped in functional fitness movements, such as jumping on plyometric boxes and flipping oversized tires, that mimic everyday movements. Classes run six days a week, and one-on-one training is available by appointment.
