Domo Sushi's chefs have been spicing up a robust menu of Japanese dishes with a bit of Korean flavor, alongside a few iconic Korean dishes for three years. They prepare lots of familiar fare, from udon noodle bowls to dozens of varieties of maki. They boast a particularly broad selection of veggie rolls, including spicy pumpkin, asparagus and avocado, and pure ginger, an ingredient normally only used as a palate cleanser or as a little pink cape for a finger puppet. Specialty rolls combine Japanese and Korean influences, especially the BFF Domo, which features barbecued white tuna laid over a wrap of tempura shrimp and crab meat. For strictly Korean dishes, diners can try perennially popular options such as bibimbab and bulgogi. Domo Sushi thanks their customers for their continued support of the restaurant and its cuisine.
