Pink Out 5K
Hosted by the passionate team at Don’t Be a Chump! Check for a Lump!, the 2nd annual Pink Out 5K walk/run gathers supporters to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. With 100% of the proceeds of the event staying within the state of Arizona, this locally-driven fundraiser provides free breast health education, free wigs, and free mammograms directly to the community. Participants are encourages to come decked out in pink attire, with pre-event festivities— including local vendors, live music, food trucks, a kids zone, and free mammograms— begining at 8 a.m., followed by the walk/run at 9 a.m. The vendor village and food trucks will be on-site until 11 a.m., so racers can keep the party going after completing the 5k.
