Everything is real and fresh when it comes to DoubleDave's Pizzaworks. Chefs prepare hand-tossed dough at least twice a day, create sauce from scratch daily, and hand-cut all their fresh vegetables. And they've been doing it all since 1984. Since then, DoubleDave's Pizzaworks has made a name for itself as the birthplace of the Pepperoni Roll, a mixture of pepperoni and smoked provolone rolled up in hand-tossed, original crust and served with homemade red sauce or ranch. But the restaurant also serves standard pizza fare like buffalo chicken and margherita.
