how good is the pet hair removal? I have black interior that looks brown because of all the pet hair.

The interior of your car (including the trunk) will be vacuumed with all three packages. If the interior is heavily coated with pet hair, I suggest contacting them directly at (412) 344-9274 to see if they are able to accommodate you.
