Doug Rice creates a safe and supportive environment for athletically minded women. The trainer holds women-only boot-camp classes that get hearts pumping with a combination of resistance training, obstacle courses, running, core exercises, and sports-type drills. In addition to workouts, Doug helps clients change their unhealthy food habits with a healthy meal plan, which he personalizes for each client's needs.
