Q:

If by chance my husband comes in and is not a candidate will he be refunded the 150 dollars? Is the prescreening a separate appointment or is it the same appointment (if he is screened to be a candidate then you will clean them right then)? Thank you.

kathy  asked on  Sep 28, 2012

A:

Hello, Yes, he will be refunded if he is not a candidate. The pre-screening is the same appointment as the whitening. Note: this is not a cleaning procedure (whitening only).

Q:

can this be done to match your dentures that you already have?

V R A.  asked on  Sep 27, 2012

A:

This process cannot whiten your teeth to a specific shade, so there is no guarantee that it will match.

Q:

can you have this done if you are pregnant?

V R A.  asked on  Sep 27, 2012

A:

Please ask your health care provider first. However, there are no warnings for women who are pregnant. This is not a laser-based procedure. All laser-based procedures should be avoided during pregnancy.

Q:

Pre-screening required to determine if treatment is probable. Would you please expand on this? I live out of state but this is an awesome deal and both my husband and I would purchase a coupon and drive from Seattle if we were candidates. Are you suggesting that potential clients make an appointment for a pre-screening before purchasing the coupon or if they are not candidates is that determined before the appointment and the groupon refunded? Thanks for your help. K

Kate S.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

Most people are candidates as long as you are not taking any light sensitive medication. Also, keep in mind that any restorative dental work will not whiten. So any crowns or fillings you may have will not get any whiter. This is especially important if they are on your front teeth.

Q:

How long does the "whitening" last? Should one avoid things such as coffee to get the longest life out of the treatment?

Tammy C.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

The ZOOM! whitening last for as long as it takes to re-stain your teeth naturally. Avoiding things dark in color, such as coffee or tea is always a great way to keep teeth bright. It is recommended to avoid these things for at least 48 hours after treatment for best results.

Ryan K.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

Yes. We validate parking in the Smart Park on 10th and Yamhill.
