Q:

Can a person be pre-screened and treated with Zoom at the same visit? In addition, if you're not able to be Zoomed how do you receive a refund? Tim

A:

Yes, we can do the screening and treatment in the same visit. If you are not a candidate you will recieve a full refund from Groupon by contacting them and requesting one.

Q:

I am a diet coke drinker, female, age 65. How long can I anticipate treatment lasting?

Yvonne D.  asked on  Oct 1, 2012

A:

The ZOOM! whitening will last for as long as it takes you to naturally re-stain your teeth. However, this varies from person to person. The best way to keep your teeth bright as long as possible if you drink beverages that are dark in color, such and coffee, tea or cola, is to drink through a straw. Especially for the first 48 hour after treatment.

Q:

Can you help with a tooth that is gray (due to prior root canal and no crown)? The other teeth have already had Zoom whitening but the gray tooth now stands out more. Can this Groupon be applied to a treatment of that single tooth that would help with this problem? I believe I was told that the inside of that particular tooth would need to be individually treated or bleached in order to address this. Note it is a "canine" tooth, the larger one.

Megan T.  asked on  Oct 1, 2012

A:

Hi Megan, Unfortunately, no. ZOOM! will not work to whiten this particular tooth. ZOOM! is for whitening teeth by removing external staining only. Internal whitening would probably be your best option. However, this Groupon may not be used toward that type of treatment. Thanks for the question. Have a great day!
