About DOZO Sushi Grill Lounge

At DOZO Sushi Grill Lounge, you get the best of two worlds: a traditional sushi bar and a trendy after-hours hangout. In fact, that dynamic plays out in the sushi itself. Order gingerly sliced sashimi and nigiri if you're in a classic mood, or check out the more modern sushi rolls, from the Tuna Fire with sweet lava sauce to the Miso Honey with seared salmon.

Beyond sushi, there are entrees of salmon teriyaki and pork gyoza with ponzu dipping sauce. The bartenders also serve sake by the bottle, or mixed into various cocktails. Not everything has Japanese roots, however—the menu's international influences come across in the chicken pad thai, mixed seafood ceviche, and avocado-stuffed eggrolls. Some of the sushi even has an American touch. The New Orleans roll, for example, is filled with fried oysters and thrown from a full-sized Mardi Gras float onto your plate.
