For Dr. Goodnight, it's not about instant results: "I want to be able to get together with my patients when we’re all in our 90s to talk about what a wonderful life we’ve all had and how great we still feel and look." To that end, he joins his wife, Marianne, a certified nurse, in taking a whole body approach to long-term beauty.

Dr. Goodnight trained at UCLA and is a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon. While always looking for the least-invasive option, he uses a combination of technologies to help patients reach their desired goals. But the transformations don't end in the treatment room. As certified fitness trainers, the husband and wife team educates clients on how to increase their health through nutrition, exercise, and avoiding open manholes.
