The initial experience was not good, they didn't have all the necessary equipment and I was disappointed as no sooner that we got home, brackets for the braces started popping off. I was ready to get my money back immediately! I called the Doctor and she started the changing of my opinion. She invited us to her other office and she did absolutely amazing work!
