Q:

Will this help with crepiness under eyes?

Pam W.  asked on  May 4, 2013

A:

Hello Pam... yes! Its amazing to tighten and start rebuilding better layers to look softer and smoother, what is helpful is the "3 Treatment" areas for the eyes covers out to the hairline on the crowsfeet, so that helps to tighten and pull the lax, falling, thin skin at the edges of the outer / under eye to bring a more open and awake look to the eyes (does not scar or pull or look unusual or shape deformed). Also, because this is a safe application of heat, the upper eyelids may be done also, and above the brow, so the whole eye area is more youthful.... one caution..... the heat may cause a few eyelashes or brow hairs to shrink with the heat, but I try very hard to preserve hairs intact..... Thanks for asking.

Q:

Is it possible to get the treatment done by May 27th. I leave for Europe late on that day?

Brigitte B.  asked on  May 3, 2013

A:

yes! The Scheduler has available times, Arrowhead today, Phoenix and Scottsdale Saturday, and Scottsdale Sunday and Tues evening.. then back to Phoenix mid-week.... others have already been book and treated, so I suggest everyone schedule ASAP... Appointments won't be available in the Valley from June 7 to Aug 12.... the machine is booked on the east coast for a summer tour!! - but don't worry, even if expired the groupons will still be honored in August and September.

Q:

I need to know if 6 treatments will cover my face and neck. Will this Groupon be enough treatments to cover these areas and get satisfactory results? I have had chemical peels, botox, restalyne and juvederm, will there be any negative side effects from this treatment? I work outside, how soon will I be able to be in the sun, with a hat and sunscreen, of course?

Judith L.  asked on  May 3, 2013

A:

Hi Judith - the groupon describes the 3 treatment areas that this groupon covers... there are 4 options and one set of 3 is either: around eyes, around mouth, forehead or chin & jawline. 6 treatment areas will cover any 2 of those areas. It is one visit for the 3 or 6 treatment areas. During a consult, when I see you, we can discuss full face and neck options. I believe you emailed me these same questions from my website at 2p and I replied at 4p, twice - to you at your personal email but have not heard back from you to discuss your specific concerns. Using my protocols with my experience and education on this modality, there will be no negative side effects and your other services will not interfere. We can pre and post treat skin which is prone to hyperpigmentation, melasma, chloasma & age spots with specific topical formula's... Person's with darker complexions, including black, hispanic & asian skin types can have this treatment. All treatments which cause an inflammatory cascade risk PIH - Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation... which can occur for up to 3 months after most treatments... even simple chemical peels, so its important that you go to someone who will pre and post treat even if its just a glycolic or jessners solution/ IPL or laser treatment for those with pigmentation risks. Sun exposure is inevitable in Arizona, and your skin will be sensitive to heat after treatment and after peeling, so as always you are wise to keep that hat and sunscreen on all the time. Continue to email me from the website which has contact informaton... Please do not call the number, I cannot answer all directly, but text or email, as I also prefer all conversations in writing, so there is no confusion afterwards. Thanks so much!!
