Nancy and Susan were wonderful. I visited for Ultherapy, upper face. I was warned, it's a zapper, but Nancy was good at keeping my focus away from the procedure and that helped it go by quick. The clinic is in a quiet part of South Michigan Ave, residential with lots of metered street parking. Clean clinic, calm settings. Scheduling was easy by phone. Groupon redemption hassle free.
