See veteran comedian Laura Kightlinger, who's been involved with some of the top comedy shows of the past 20 years, when she headlines the Drafthouse Comedy Theater in Washington. Kightlinger got her first big break as a writer for Roseanne, later wrote for HBO's Dennis Miller Show, then became a writer and featured performer on the 1994-95 season of Saturday Night Live. She went on to write and appear on ABC's Grace Under Fire, spend a year as a correspondent on The Daily Show, and create her own IFC comedy series, The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman. Through all this television success, Kightlinger has been a successful stand-up comic. She's had her own specials on HBO and Comedy Central, and headlined top clubs around America and beyond.
