About Dragon Gate Bar and Grille
Inspired by the Taiwanese night markets and street foods of his youth, chef Johnny Chang serves boldly flavored Chinese cuisine in the form of dumplings and stir-frys. He channels these traditions into every dish, doing everything from sauteing fresh oyster and tofu in a black bean sauce to stuffing handmade dumplings with shrimp and pork. And the interior is just as vibrant as the food, blending velvety animal print fabrics with natural woods, red walls, and colored lighting.
