In myths, dragons are fast and agile, swooping down upon foes with a few beats of their massive wings. The food trucks of Dragon Grille don't have wings, but they retain the agility, bringing their tasty Asian fusion bites to locations around Las Vegas. Menu items draw inspiration from all over: the bulgogi cheesesteak pairs Korean-style marinated beef with the Philadelphia staple's peppers, onions, and provolone, while the sriracha mac and cheese adds a few squirts of Thai spiciness and the umami flavor of furikake to the comfort-food classic.
These inventive combinations, which also include Kobe beef sliders and Asian-influenced tacos, have earned the trucks the attention of area tastemakers. Dragon Grille took home the title of Best New Food Truck of 2013 from Las Vegas Weekly and won 2015's Best Food Truck nod from the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
