Veteran restauranteur Sally Le—along with executive chefs Jimmy Huang and Jose Tun in the kitchen—channels her family's Szechuan pedigree inside of Dragon's Palace. The trio has worked together for many of Sally's 17 years in the industry, working their way up on the strength of house-made sauces, fresh produce, and traditional Chinese dishes made from scratch. From those woks come fresh, sizzling takes on Kung Pao chicken and Mongolian beef, as well as chef's specials like wok-seared pork chops with just a sprinkle of salt. The kitchen also offers a few different takes on duck, including Peking and BBQ duck. To wash it all down, Dragon's Palace serves Chinese and American beer, and plum wine, perfect for toasting to a good meal or the memory of a great plum.
