Jasna did an amazing job!! She is very professional, kind & gentle with the application. She answered all my questions/concerns & customized the lashes for the look I was going for😍. Very clean facility. I had my lashes done for a family cruise and 3 weeks later they still look fantastic. I’ve had extensions many times before and I can confidently say Dream Lash Studio is the best in Charlotte.

Denzia is very talented and capable. The lashes look beautiful. Big mix-up as there are two studios with this name within a few miles of each other, and I went to the wrong one. This caused me to be late getting to my appointment at the right one. I felt very uncomfortable as it was clear that I had put tension into Denzia's day. I also found it odd that although I was supposed to remove my eye make-up before starting the process, she had absolutely no make-up wipes or anything with which I could quickly remove my eye makeup. I feel there could have been better communication on the front end to avoid this mix-up. But I deeply appreciated her flexibility and her willingness to move ahead with the appointment even though I was 15 minutes late.
