Classes take place at Northway Christian Church and at the McCommas Entrance of Katy Trail on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 pm. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Guests attending classes at the Katy Trail entrance can park at the Highland Park Animal Hospital.

Certified personal trainers from Drench Fitness lead students through a variety of drills in four-week boot camp sessions. Classes incorporate a multitude of exercises, from circuit training and obstacle courses to bodyweight drills and extinguishing fires via tap dance. By rotating the lineup of activity in each session, students avoid boredom and bodies are continually ignited by the change of physical pace. Exercises can be scaled to all ability levels, from full-blown athletes to beginners to those nursing injuries. Drench keeps a small instructor-to-client ratio in order to recognize when individual students require modifications in the drill and leave room for torrents of emitted sweat.

Drench's head drill sergeant, Maria Centeno, found her stride in competitive running, having completed multiple Ironmans and triathlons in addition to Ultra marathons and adventure races. Head timekeeper Crystal Pollard, who tracks time on the Big Ben she uprooted by hand, is a former collegiate track and field athlete who gravitates toward plyometrics and sports performance training in her quest to buff bodies.
