What's included:

• Cold plunge session: enjoy the icy temperatures in our cold plunge! During this session you will have access to our cold plunge room for 15 minutes, whether you brave the cold for the full 15 minutes or challenge yourself to withstand the recommended 3 minutes, your body will thank you! Cold plunging has been proven to reduce full body inflammation and help restore damaged muscles.
• 50 min infrared session: relax in our infrared sauna blankets for 50 minutes while listening to music or watching your favorite movie/show. Each of our sauna rooms comes with an adjustable base bed, noise cancelling headphones, and a TV; designed for maximum comfort. You may also choose from one of our essential oils for a touch of aroma therapy while you sweat! Infrared heat works at the cellular level to detox your body (7x greater than a traditional sweat!), repair your sore and achy muscles, increase lymphatic flow/drainage, increase your heart rate (cardio!)
• Fire and Ice session: Like the sound of both the plunge and sauna? This session is for you! Maximize the benefits of each service by trying them both. With a fire and ice session you will sweat for 50 minutes and then take the plunge! This session lasts 65 minutes.

Each customer will be provided with a sweat suit to wear in the sauna upon arrival, however, you must bring your own plunging attire. Please wear loose fitting clothes for after your sweat and/or plunge.
