At Drive Cardio, owner Thierno Diallo makes just this promise to his clients and keeps it by orchestrating efficient interval-training workouts that develop all of the body's muscles. Students bound from treadmills to cable extensions to Bosu balls, all the while cheered on by a supportive certified trainer.
Diallo designs his classes to tone either the entire body or focus on just the upper body for more targeted results. Instructors also lead classes that use sports-inspired movements to enhance flexibility and Vinyasa-yoga sessions that integrate physicality and mindful breathing. For added ambiance, the gym’s beachfront setting offers the pleasant sound of waves crashing on unsuspecting seagulls and the occasional whoosh of refreshing salty air through the front doors.
