How long does an oil change take?

The typical oil change, with complete inspection, takes approximately 1-hour with an appointment.

Are there additional fees for premium oils or filters?

Yes, there is an extra fee for premium oils and premium oil filters.

Went in for a Groupon oil change ($50). It says that it covers disposal, the filter, and up to 5 quarts. I get there and they say that I’m gonna pay tax and for some extra oil (my vehicle takes 6 quarts). That’s fine, but then I come to check out and it ends up being another $30?? Seriously what makes this a groupon at this point? Should I have brought my own oil for them to put in my car? Never coming back.
