The ultimate solution to NYC parking! Dropcar is better then could have ever imagined! I was concerned that it would be a hassle trying to coordinate the timing just right, so I did not get my car too early or was waiting for pick up and in both cases, worried about what would I do with my car during those potential gaps. Well, that is zero concern as the drivers will wait in the car till my pre-scheduled drop time and are always right on time, when I need to have the car picked up. This service could not be more convenient and the staff drivers are a pleasure. Always welcoming, offering to help carry packages and just overall, 100% pleasant. I recommend Dropcar to all my friends and family!

We love the “wow” moment people have the first time one of our friendly valets meets them right in front of their building, meeting spot, restaurant, etc. and handles the headaches of parking for them.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A client was headed to an important meeting, and their battery died. They used DropCar to have a valet come to their car, and our valet jump started the car, drove to get a new battery, and installed it all while the client was able to make it on time to their meeting. The client was quite happy :)
