Q:

Hello, With the Wedding Gown Preservation groupon ($69) is cleaning included? If so, do you use perc (Perchloroethylene)? Will the dress be steamed before being preserved? Will it be stored in an acid-free archival box? Does it have a window? Is it air tight or double boxed? Can the bride inspect the dress before it's boxed up? Thanks!

Mark N.  asked on  Jan 26, 2013

A:

This deal is for cleaning and preserving only. We use perc to dry clean but some of the wedding gowns are wet cleaned depending on the caring label. We use an acid-free box with a window not air tight but double boxed. You can inspect the dress through the box window.
